Tough Guise 2 Movie Showing
After an excellent turnout the previous year for its prequel, we hosted a campus viewing of Tough Guise 2: Violence, Manhood & American Culture followed by group discussions about it.
Purple Tie Tuesday
Every October, we sell and wear purple ties to raise awareness about domestic violence and show our commitment to stopping the violence before it starts. All proceeds go to Safe Voices.

Domestic Violence Awareness Month Presentations
As part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), speakers from Bates, Lewiston, and the surrounding area come to share their experiences.
Domestic Violence Awareness Month Football Game
The yearly Domestic Violence Awareness Month Football Game brings the community together with reMasc decorating the stadium in everything purple, football players wearing purple gear, and local social justice groups flaring their purple goods.
